Ash Slemming, the human behind @do.the.art.thing, has held a variety of creative roles; as an artist, designer, writer, curator, and art educator. Ash created this 'brand' as a way to encompass the idea that you do not need to pick a lane, a category, or a 'label' as a creative person. We all hold multitudes, and we should be encouraged to play, explore, and remain curious as creatives.

Ash offers a variety of art merch as well as creative consulting services to artists, art institutions, and galleries.
