A Breath BEyond

A Breath Beyond was the inaugural art exhibition at Inspire, the City of Airdrie’s multi-use facility and library which held its Grand Opening celebrations on October 1, 2025. The exhibit was curated with the support of a community selection committee, showcasing local visual talent who submitted to a call for submissions that responded to the following prompt: 

 

Artists were encouraged to submit work that related to the following prompt:

"Much like the act of taking a breath, art has the power to ground us, to invigorate, and to expand our horizons and future-thinking."
